Where are Mayfaire Lane products made?
Our products are designed in the UK and professionally printed in Britain.
We're a family-run business based in Southampton, Hampshire, and take pride in creating quality baby shower stationery for celebrations across the UK.
How many guests do your baby shower games cater for?
Many of our baby shower games are available in packs for 10, 20, 30 or 40 guests, depending on the product.
Please check the individual product listing for available pack sizes and what's included.
Do your baby shower games include instructions?
Our games are designed to be easy to organise and enjoyable for guests.
Instructions and any included accessories or answer sheets vary by game. Full details can be found on each product page.
Can I personalise my order?
Selected Mayfaire Lane products are available with personalisation.
Where personalisation is offered, the product page will explain which details you can customise.
Please check all names, dates and spellings carefully before completing your purchase.
Delivery & Dispatch
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
How long does delivery take?
We offer several UK delivery options:

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer FREE UK Express Delivery on orders of £24.99 or more.
Qualifying delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
Do you deliver throughout the UK?
Yes, we deliver throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands.
Delivery times and available services may vary for remote locations.
What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, please email info@ukbabyshowerco.com with your order number.
We'll be happy to investigate and help resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. We offer 30-day returns on eligible, non-personalised products.
Items returned under our extended returns policy must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns.

Can personalised products be returned?
Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns.
However, your statutory rights still apply if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email info@ukbabyshowerco.com with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs showing the issue where possible.
Photographs help us assess the problem quickly and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
