At Mayfaire Lane, we want you to love your purchase. We take pride in creating beautifully designed baby shower games, decorations and keepsakes, professionally printed in the UK.

If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to help.

Our 30-Day Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy on eligible, non-personalised products.

If you've changed your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

For returns under our extended returns policy, items must be:

Unused and undamaged
In their original packaging
In a condition suitable for resale

To request a return, please email info@ukbabyshowerco.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.

We'll provide return instructions and details of where to send your parcel.

Please contact us before returning your order so we can help process your return efficiently.

Your statutory cancellation rights are explained separately below.

Personalised & Custom-Made Products

Some Mayfaire Lane products are personalised or made to your individual specifications, including certain personalised baby shower signs and decorations.

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations for genuinely personalised or custom-made products, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Please check all names, dates, spellings and personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

If we've made a mistake with your personalisation, please contact us and we'll work to put things right.

This exclusion does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We carefully prepare and package every order, but occasionally things can go wrong.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email info@ukbabyshowerco.com with:

Your order number
A brief description of the problem
Clear photographs showing the fault, damage or incorrect item

Photographs help us assess the issue and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

If an item needs to be returned because it is faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return costs where applicable.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your eligible return, we'll confirm your refund by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

For change-of-mind returns under our extended 30-day policy, the original delivery charge is generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

Where you exercise your statutory cancellation rights, we will also refund the applicable standard outbound delivery charge. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable unless required by law.

Refunds will be processed within the applicable legal time limits. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

Your Statutory Right to Cancel

For most non-personalised products purchased online, UK consumers have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You may inspect products as you would in a shop. If handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may make a lawful deduction for any resulting reduction in value.

We will refund the applicable amount within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

To exercise this right, email info@ukbabyshowerco.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order.

The statutory cancellation right does not generally apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

If goods do not meet these requirements, you may have the right to reject them for a full refund within the first 30 days after delivery. After that period, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.

These rights also apply to personalised products.
